"Greetings my name is Fiona Duvall; and I'm here to talk to you about the Center For Future Colonization Development," the gray haired half-elharnian tells you as you enter the room; she stands before a mural on the wall which contains a rocky green clad ground, a curling wave and a stylized image of the Planet Earth.

"We'll do a quick question session before we get started on what the CFCD is all about?" She tells you and the rest of the room's occupants.

"Well no questions?" She asks with a raised eyebrow.

"We'll get down to things then," she continues placing her hands behind her back in a parade rest.

"First and foremost the CFCD's main venue is to develop and enhance new and existing Colonization techniques and equipment; for example the CFCD was instrumental in developing the latest nanno-genic long duration sleep technologies that allow colonists on slow boat ships as well as those aboard multi-generational colony missions that wish to sleep through the journey to stay under longer and with less loss of body and muscle mass," She tells the gathered crowd.

"Secondly we offer sandbox programs to allow a person planning a colony mission to run through and see how things would operate on the trip and once they reach their destination."

"Finally we are also a brokerage house for Colony Systems; we currently have twenty up for auction," she finishes looking around as the group stirs.

"Just as I thought you ladies and gentlemen are here for the auction," she pauses. "Just in case there is someone who has any questions this will be the final time to ask them before the auction of the first system," she tells you raising her eyebrow again.
